Bio for Coach McRae
I have lived in Springfield my whole life. Graduated from West Springfield HS in 1978. I have worked for Giant Food for 26 years as a meat cutter/Meat manager. I am married with 2 daughters, both in college. My oldest goes to JMU and my youngest goes to the University of Mary Washington where she is playing basketball.

I have coached basketball from 1998 starting at Annandale boys and girls club.

Head coach for PV Vogues AAU from 2003
Head Girls JV coach at Annandale high school from 2006

My philosophy in basketball is to teach fundamentals of the game. I strive to get my players ready to play in high school. I love teaching the skills that are needed to succeed at this. I like seeing the potential in players and getting them to achieve it.
