Bio for Coach McRae
I have lived in Springfield my whole life. Graduated from West Springfield HS in 1978. I have worked for Giant Food for 25 years as a meat cutter/Meat manager. I am married with 2 daughters.

I have coached basketball for 10 years starting at Annandale boys and girls club. I have coached County select girls team with BRYC for 7 years in FCYBL and have coached with Vogues AAU for 6 years. I just finished my 2nd season as the Head JV girl’s basketball coach at Annandale high school.

My philosophy in basketball is to teach fundamentals of the game. I strive to get my players ready to play in high school. I love teaching the skills that are needed to succeed at this. I like seeing the potential in players and getting them to achieve it. I play a strong AAU tournament schedule as the regional coach.
