She just completed her 7th season as Head Coach at George C. Marshall High School in Falls Church, Virginia (Fairfax County Public School). Her record at GCM is 106-66. They have earned 4 consecutive regional tournament appearances 2003-2007. Her teams won BACK to BACK Liberty District Championships in 2006 and 2007, and qualified for the regional FINAL 4 both years. There are currently 5 GCM grads playing in the college ranks, 3 at Division 1, and 2 at Division 2. Honors include: Fairfax County Youth League High School Coach of the Year 2007, Northern Region All Star Coach 2006, VA STATE All Star Coach 2007 and GCM Women’s Coach of the Years: 2003, 2006, 2007. Noel assisted at Oakton, Robinson, and South Lakes and taught at Langston Hughes Middle School and South Lakes prior to moving to GCM. Noel currently is in her 7th year as a Health and PE Teacher and is in her 6th year serving as Dept Chair and Curriculum Team Leader. After 5 years as Secretary of the Northern Region Women’s Basketball Coaches Association, she Region All Star Games and Northern Region College Showcases which help support area players getting college exposure and celebration at the all star games. Our AAU basketball philosophy is:  we are preparing athletes for their high school programs and possibly beyond. We want all of the players to experience the game in variety of ways so that they all may improve their game, knowledge, and understanding of how the game is played and how to work well with their teammates and coaches.   Bio for Asst. Coach Scott Asst. Coach Chad Scott is in his first year working with the Vogues Organization.  He just finished his first year as a Varsity Assistant at GC Marshall HS in Falls Church, Virginia (Fairfax County Public Schools).  Chad coached for two seasons at South County Secondary School. One year as the head JV girls’ basketball coach and one as the head freshman girls’ basketball coach.  Chad is currently in his third year teaching health and physical education at Island Creek Elementary in Alexandria, Virginia (feeder school for Hayfield Secondary School).  Bio for Asst. Coach Madison Chris is the former Head Coach of the George Mason Varsity Girls Basketball program where he led the Varsity program to 3 consecutive District Championships from 2001-2003.  He also held the position of Boys Varsity Assistant at George Mason for 2 seasons including 2002 when the Boys Varsity team won the Bull-Run District and Region B Championships and qualified for the Group A Final Four. Chris is currently the Youth and Adult Sports Program Supervisor for the City Falls Church.  This will be Chris’ second season working with Vogues. Chris is married to Shannon Madison, former player at Marymount University, and has one daughter, Annie (age 2), with one more on the way (due April 18th).
