Bio
for Coach Dade
TJ Dade has been a
coach with the Vogues since 1997. He has coached the 14 and 15 age
groups for most of those years. His teams have been very
competitive and have won over 400 games.
Coach Dade has been the
Head Coach at Robinson Secondary School for the past four years.
Prior to Robinson, he was the Head Coach at Thomas Jefferson High
School for three years and the Associate Head Coach at Lake
Braddock for three years.
Coach Dade places
emphasis on skill development, conditioning and the understanding
of the game. His goal is to build and maintain a highly
disciplined and competitive basketball team while having fun in
the process. These goals will be accomplished by unifying
committed, unselfish athletes who have a love for the game. He
trusts that team work, respect, responsibility, integrity, and
sportsmanship will be learned, supported and valued.
Coach Dade is married,
has three children and three grand children. He is a retired DC
Police Detective Sergeant and currently works at Robinson
Secondary School as a Probation Counselor and Security Specialist.
